It not just a chick-flicks guys…you’ll get a lot of laughs out of this. Treat this like a comedy movie and go see it. It’s a movie about dating and relationships. It’s a movie about expectations on both sides. It’s about love and marraige (and sometimes of being happy not getting married.)
There’s Gigi (Ginnifer Goodwin….the funniest of them all), who wants her guys to call her when they say they will and Alex (Justin Long) who advises her not to trust any of them. There’s Neil (Ben Affleck), who is happy in his relationship with Beth without getting married for seven years but Beth (Jennifer Aniston) has second thoughts about the whole thing. There’s Janine (Jennifer Connelly), who blames herself and lack of sex for her husband, Ben’s (Bradley Cooper) indiscretion with Anna (Scarlett Johansson). Then there’s sweet Mary (Drew Barrymore) who is confused with seven different technologies in her quest to find the “one”. And finally there’s Conor (Kevin Connolly), who “hangs out” with Anna all the time while calling each other sweetie but gets no action with her and decides to finally be a man and confront her.
It’s a bitter-sweet comedy about life, love and relationships. It’s funny and chic. It keeps you entertained. So go see it.
